Cheryl Monno, Owner and Principal Broker of Seaport Properties, delivers over 35 years of experience in the Northern Virginia real estate market. She is actively involved in consulting with clients and is committed to professionalism. An active Virginia Real Estate agent since 1986 and licensed Virginia Broker since 2005, Cheryl has extensive experience in residential and commercial leasing, management, and sales. Cheryl earned the prestigious Certified Property Manager designation from the Institute of Real Estate Management in 1995. Her expertise, dedication, and knowledge are an asset to all clients and customers. She is a member of the Northern Virginia Board of Realtors, Virginia and National Associations of Realtors, The Institute of Real Estate Management, the Northern Virginia Apartment Association and the National Association of Residential Property Managers, along with being an active member of the Alexandria Rotary Club. She is people oriented and maintains a successful, professional balance in relating to all clients and customers. Cheryl is a native of Northern Virginia and currently resides in the Mount Vernon area of Fairfax County.

Emely Yanes, Maintenance Coordinator

Emely heads our maintenance division. She has exceptional organizational skills and adapts to any situation on the fly. Emely brings great value to our company and is essential to insuring the smooth operation of Seaport Properties.

Lindsay Pinier, Executive Assistant

With over 15 years of office management and administrative support experience, Lindsay is an asset to Seaport Properties. She is both personable and professional, along with being extremely experienced in dealing with the public.

Rebecca Matthews, Administrative Assistant

Rebecca has over six years of office experience. She prides herself on her attention to detail, oral and written communication skills and ability to work as part of team. With a wide range of experience, Rebecca brings a diverse skill set to Seaport Properties.

Gretchen Duffett, Administrative Assistant

Gretchen graduated from Lynchburg College and has lived in the Washington area for over 35 years. She is an investment owner herself. She is very professional and personable with top-notch communication skills and strong phone etiquette.

Kelli Hoover, Bookkeeper/CPA

Kelli received her Bachelors Degree in Accounting from George Mason University in 1990 and passed the CPA exam in May 1991. She worked in public accounting for several years and is an asset to both Seaport Properties and our clients!
